Q: How long will it take for us to see improvement in sleep?

A: This really depends on the age of your child and your starting point. However, regardless of these circumstances most parents see notable improvement in sleep in just a couple of nights.


Q: How is this different from Taking Cara Babies and other similar programs?

A: The Sleep Cure program is really incomparable to Taking Cara Babies. The key difference is the in the moment support that you get with the Sleep Cure. With TCB, you get the information that you need and you can upgrade to have a consultation call, but when you're actually implementing and have questions there's no support to be found. With the Sleep Cure, you have me in your back pocket for 14 days while you implement your plan so you can get real time feedback and support, which makes all the difference.


Q: Do you use cry it out?

A: Nope! Cry it out is completely unnecessary; there are other methods that we use that are more responsive and parent-present that still get great (and fast) results without the severity of cry it out.

Q: Can breastfeeding babies be sleep trained?

A: Absolutely! I have a podcast episode that dives more deeply into this topic that you can check out here. As a quick summary, while there are SOME minor differences between breastfed and formula-fed babies when it comes to sleep, you can still sleep train a breastfed baby. We will work together to ensure that you are able to meet both your sleep goals and your breastfeeding goals.


Q: What are your credentials or certifications?

A: I am certified by the Center for Pediatric Sleep Management (CPSM). I have worked with dozens of families at this point and have had incredible results with each one. I am also a mom of three, so I have been in your shoes three times over.


Q: When can we get started?
